<![CDATA[Hirecarta 2.2.2 - Better master profile scoring, ability to edit resume's custom bullets]]>Two update for you today. The first is greater transparency in Hirecarta's profile score. You'll see separate scores for:

  • completeness (whether you've filled everything out)

  • storytelling (whether you have compelling stories that can make you stand out)

  • coverage (whether each role has enough bullets for AI to select the best ones)

  • summary (whether your expertise, passion, and goals sections express who you are)

The second is the ability to edit custom sections on a per-resume basis. Some people have certifications only relevant to certain roles, so you can delete the ones you don't need. If you want edits to persist between job applications, edit the ones in the master profile.
