I made major changes to standardize the date format on the back end. It will make supporting Hirecarta much easier in the future.
If you notice anything weird with dates, PLEASE report it here or in the bug reports section. Thanks.
I also tweaked the prompts for resume summary and cover letter to avoid cliches like "result-oriented" or "motivated". Let me know if it improves quality.
